Architects, GCs, owner-builders
Custom homes
One residence, one design and one bid. We work from the roof material already in your plans and adjust color so the solar surface reads as part of the house.
For home-builders and community developers
Quad Services plans, designs, bids and finances rooftop solar for new construction. You get two permit-ready design sets, real bids from three contractors, and financing that takes the capex out of your build. We make money when you win.

Who we serve
Title 24 puts solar on every new California home. Most builders hand that scope to the MEP or the architect and take whatever bid comes back. We give you a plan, a comparison, and a bidding partner instead.
Architects, GCs, owner-builders
One residence, one design and one bid. We work from the roof material already in your plans and adjust color so the solar surface reads as part of the house.
Developers, HOAs, property owners
Shared roofs across attached and paired units. Resident energy value plus site-lease income or revenue sharing for the owner, with billing handled through our Public Grid partnership.
Production and master-plan builders
Design once, price it to the square foot, and repeat across phases with predictable costs. Planning the roof and the energy system before the roof goes on is the lowest-cost point to integrate solar.
Commercial, industrial or high-rise multifamily? Those buildings can also host storage and GPU compute that pay a site lease. See the C&I and GPU hosting program.
What we do
Four things, in this order. Each one stands on its own, and you decide how far to take it.
We model revenue and savings potential from your T24 requirement and the site's energy data, in dollars per kWh, presented in rent and own business models.
Permit-ready plan sets for an aesthetically integrated solar roof and for regular PV, so you can compare them to the square foot and the module.
We underwrite and secure $0-down financing through our finance partners, so the energy and roof capex does not have to come out of construction.
Both design sets go out to three contractors with identical scope, so the bids are comparable and the trades compete on price.
Aligned interests
You do not have to buy our roofing product. We are paid for design, bidding and owner's-rep services, so either outcome of the comparison is a win for us. If regular solar is the better answer for your building, that is what we will tell you.
Process
A free site evaluation opens the door. Phase 1 is free. Phase 2 carries no upfront cost; the fee applies only when you select a build pathway. Either pathway keeps you in control of procurement and final pricing.
Share the address and plans. Connect utility data through our onsite energy planning tool, or let us estimate from the documents you have.
No feeValue engineering on the kWh: optimal roof surface, T24 minimum, and a maximum case, with top-line revenue and savings before you commit to anything.
No feeTwo biddable design sets, a) integrated solar roof and b) regular solar, with construction cost segmented so you can see equipment, labor and turnkey EPC pricing separately.
Fee due only when you pick a pathwayPhase 2 and the build pathways are described in the Quad Services Design and Bid agreement, offered after Phase 1. Residential custom homes use a shorter single-design version. Ask for the current terms with your assessment.
The product option
Our parent company, QuadRoof, makes Quad+: an integrated solar roof where standard 400 to 450 W modules click into a patented low-profile aluminum framing system. It is not a custom solar panel. It is an innovative mount that turns the roof plane into the array, at a cost that competes with regular solar plus a new roof.
Not every building qualifies, which is why we always design the regular-PV set alongside it and line the two up side by side.
Projects
More than a thousand solar roofs in Europe, and the first US installs now complete. Here is what the integrated option looks like at community, church and single-home scale.
