Quad ServicesA QuadRoof company

Leadership team

A rounded team bringing vast experience to your project.

Engineers, energy experts, and roofing and solar operations veterans. Between them: a gigawatt of multi-family solar in California, thousands of PV designs, more than a thousand solar roofs in Europe, and the mechanical engineering behind a patented solar roof framing system.

  • 1 GWSolar deployed in California*
  • 10,000+PV designs built and installed*
  • 1,000+Solar roofs installed in Europe*
  • NABCEP + MECertifications across the project team*

* Figures reflect the leadership team's combined experience across prior companies, software, consulting and advisory roles in the same industries.

Who does what

Six people, one process.

Every Quad Services project moves through business development, client operations, design, financing and quality control. Each of those has a named owner.

Dover

Marketing, finance partnerships, quoting experience

Founder of Ivy Energy, which enabled over 1 GW of PV on multi-family buildings in California working with roofers and EPCs. Led the same builder-marketing effort at Ivy that produced 40% of the company's business, over 300 MW of PV contracts, from 2019 to 2025.

  • Financing, policy and regulatory work for onsite solar
  • Billing software for sharing energy value between landlords and tenants
  • Board member and early go-to-market advisor to QuadRoof

Jordan

PV engineering and plan sets

15+ years in PV engineering. Thousands of roofs and homes designed for successful solar installations since 2010, with the production modeling and build-ready plan sets that a contractor can bid on and a permit office can approve.

  • System design and production modeling
  • Permit-ready plan sets for integrated and regular PV
  • Owner of the design stage on every project

Mait

Solar roof quality control

15 years in mechanical engineering and solar roofing. Mechanical engineer for complex roofing systems, overseeing 1,000 BIPV roofs in Europe and bringing multiple products to market, now including the first US installs.

  • Engineering behind the patented Quad+ framing system
  • Installer training and install-quality sign-off
  • Roof surface and waterproofing decisions on the integrated design set

Jakob

Business development

15 years of PV development as a commercial solar developer in multiple states and across roof types, taking rooftop projects from first site review through design, permitting and commissioned systems.

  • Meetings with home-builders, architects and GCs
  • Custom-home and smaller community projects
  • Owner of the pipeline until a qualified meeting is set

Kenn

Client operations and pricing

25+ years in key operational finance roles across billion-dollar product procurement value chains. Runs the systems, AI workflows and project management that keep bids comparable and schedules honest.

  • Pricing to customers across partners
  • Market index intelligence gathered from every bid
  • Owner of the project from qualified meeting through bid execution

Blake

Equipment and referral partnerships

20+ years in the energy storage and PV equipment rep space, with supplier relationships across storage and solar equipment lines.

  • Referral-based business development across both channels
  • Equipment specification and supplier pricing
  • Storage and data-center partner introductions for the financed program

Credentials

Degrees, certifications and a patent.

Mechanical engineering degrees, NABCEP and other certifications are held across the project team. The proprietary aluminum framing system behind the Quad+ solar roof is covered by a granted US patent and carries UL 7103, Intertek Class A fire and IEC 61215 listings.

It is not a custom solar panel. It is an innovative low-profile mount that lets standard 400 to 450 W modules form a waterproof, aesthetically pleasing roof surface at a lean manufacturing cost.
